JAKEMUSIC.COM - 2004

Hey there…you've found your way to www.jakemusic.com, and we're all glad you have. Our apologies to those of you who have been wondering where in the world we've gotten to in the past months. Jakemusic.com is currently hibernating for the winter, and to be honest we're not really sure how long it will be till things are up and running again. But like Maria in the Sound of Music, we "have confidence that spring will come again"!

THE JAKE SCOOP

We stopped playing as a full-time band in April of 2003, and have found other things to keep us occupied, but we've all been amazed at how much we've missed being on the road. We enjoyed a very special position there as a full-time touring band for about four years. The experience shaped who we are, and we think about it fondly every day.

It's been a very interesting year in our little world, and we've enjoyed sharing it with many of you. It's been a windy path that's brought us to where we are at this point, and we've enjoyed the entire journey.

TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!

There's a lot of music still coming out of our hearts and minds, especially lately. We're finding opportunities here and there to play together and have recorded a bunch of new demos in Toby's home studio in Nashville.

We're excited about new goals for our music and lives, new songs to sing and new ways for God to use us. Thank you so much for the part so many of you have played in making these last four years complete and wonderful. Stay tuned… who knows what could happen next?
